GCK 型低压抽出式开关柜多用于动力配电中心(PC)柜和电动机控制中心(MCC)。该装置适用于交流 50(60)Hz、额定工作电压小于等于 660V、额定电流 3150A 及以下的控配电系统,作为动力配电、电动机控制及照明等配电设备。
GCK 开关柜符合 IEC60439《低压成套开关设备和控制设备》GB7251.1《 低压成套开关设备和控制设备》GB/T14048.1《低压开关设备和控制设备总则》等标准 。且具有分断能力高、动热稳定性好、结构先进合理、电气方案灵活 、系列性、通用性强、各种方案单元任意组合。
GCK type low-voltage pull-out switch cabinet is mainly used for power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). The device is suitable for AC 50(60)Hz, rated working voltage is less than or equal to 660V, rated current 3150A and below the control distribution system, as power distribution, motor control and lighting distribution equipment.

开关柜结构特点 / Switch Cabinet Structure Features
• 框架采用 C 型钢材,通过螺栓连接,无焊接结构,从而避免了焊接变形和应力,提高了安装精度 ;
• 框架及零部件安装孔按模数 E=25 mm 为基准 ;
• 安装抽屉功能单元区域的有效高度为 1800mm,有效宽度为 600mm;
• 抽屏高度以 8E(200mm) 高度为基准,分为 8E ,16E,24E三种抽屏安装类型,可以单一组装。也可以混合组装,一台抽屉柜最多可配置 8 个出线回路 :
• 抽屉功能单元与柜体具有良好的机械联锁机构,抽屉具有工作位置、试验位置、分离位置。可保证抽屉功能单元的安全运行。

• Frame and parts mounting holes are based on module E=25mm;
• The effective height of the installation drawer functional unit area is 1800mm, and the eective width is 600mm;
• Screen extraction height is based on 8E(200mm) height, divided into 8E, 16E, 24E three screen extraction installation types, can be single assembly. Can also be mixed assembly, a chest of drawers can be congured withup to 8 outgoing circuits:
